If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! We will cover the cost of return shipping for manufacturer defects, or broken or missing parts upon arrival. All other returns will have a 3% restocking fee added.
Products purchased through BoatSupplyStore.com may be returned within 30 days. To receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed, and it must contain all accompanying parts.

Refund : Once returned items have been received by our warehouse, inspected, and confirmed to meet our guidelines, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution and shipping time, it may take a few business days for this transaction to appear on your statement. As soon as a refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please direct any issues to our customer service on our toll free line, or email us at info@boatsupplystore.com. We find that most refunds take approximately 8 business days from date of shipping to the refund received by your institution on most orders.
