The BRP spacer’s function is to alter the amount of mixing flow between the oil pump and the crankcase, use the Long spacer. This spacer will make your engine operate smoother than it would without it. Fits Johnson Evinrude 20–30hp Long shaft Lower Units from 1985–2001
