Description
A trim and tilt device for spindling moving an outboard engine assembly. The piston rod has an upper end pivotally coupled to a swivel bracket of the outboard engine assembly, and the casing has a lower end, pivotally connected to a transom bracket set up on the stern of a boat. The tilt function for an outboard motor includes a series of trim and shallow water operations. It is best to tilt your outboard up when leaving your boat in the water to avoid the growth of marine elements preventing corrosion which will damage the metal parts. If the tilt rod is leaking hydraulic fluid badly, visual inspection shows corroded tilt rod mess up the seal. TILT ROD (REC688-43160-01)assembly has stable performance, high reliability, and excellent performance.
