Common Concerns Answered
Is the 12-gallon capacity sufficient for longer trips?
The 12-gallon capacity is most suitable for shorter trips or for users who can access disposal facilities more frequently. For extended voyages without frequent pump-out opportunities, a larger capacity unit may be more practical. Users often pair this with knowledge of local disposal points or utilize a secondary, smaller tote for overflow.
Does this come with a hose for connecting to a sewer line?
Hoses and necessary fittings are sold separately to allow users to select the specific length and type of connection best suited for their setup and disposal needs. We recommend a durable, kink-resistant sewer hose for optimal performance.
How durable are the wheels for towing over uneven terrain?
The SmartTote is equipped with heavy-duty rubber wheels featuring solid center hubs and high-strength bearings, which are extensively road tested for durability. This design prioritizes resilience and ease of maneuverability across various surfaces encountered during recreational transport.
